From the moment we started planning, I knew our wedding had to be a reflection of our unique love story, one that would embrace the diverse Italian and Arabic culture; that shaped us and brought our loved ones from around the world together. Mirko’s energy is one of a kind, and if you know me I needed that! After endless follows, searches, and stalking of wedding planners in Italy after our zoom call Adil and I knew Mirko was our one 😉 haha.
What truly set Mirko Zago apart was his impeccable ability to bring together a team of talented vendors and work with them seamlessly. He didn’t just orchestrate the day; he was the heart of everything, and the guests felt that as well. Ensuring that each vendor, from florists to the venue, photographers to the entertainment —was perfectly aligned with our vision. The way he coordinated everyone with such precision and care made the entire process feel effortless. Every detail, no matter how small, was executed flawlessly, (even if there were time line mistakes etc… it didn’t even matter we never once felt stressed or overwhelmed !!!!)

Nach unserer ersten Kontaktaufnahme über die Plattform meldete sich Mirko umgehend bei uns und wir konnten schon bald ein erstes Gespräch vereinbaren. Dieses war so überzeugend, dass wir auf weitere Angebote verzichteten und uns direkt für ihn entschieden haben.
Von Beginn an war Mirko äusserst strukturiert und organisiert. Seine langjährige Erfahrung war in jedem Schritt der Planung spürbar – er arbeitete stets prioritätsbasiert und effizient. Zuerst wurde gemeinsam die passende Location gefunden, danach folgten Themen wie Catering, Dekoration und Musik. Dank seines hervorragenden Netzwerks hatte er für all unsere Wünsche eine passende Lösung parat. Bevor Verträge unterzeichnet wurden, konnten wir die jeweiligen Dienstleister in Videocalls persönlich kennenlernen, was uns zusätzliche Sicherheit gab. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Mirko und seinem Team war stets serviceorientiert, herzlich und professionell.
Am Tag der Hochzeit selbst war die Organisation einfach weltklasse. Wir konnten unseren grossen Tag in vollen Zügen geniessen, während Mirko im Hintergrund alles koordinierte – auftretende Herausforderungen wurden für uns unsichtbar gelöst. Das Catering, die Foto- und Videoaufnahmen sowie alle weiteren Leistungen haben unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen. Auch unsere Gäste sind noch heute begeistert und schwärmen von der perfekten Organisation, dem Ablauf und der hohen Qualität in allen Bereichen.

An unforgettable experience we will never forget

Mirko Zago is kind, patient, has an excellent eye for design, and has a great team of suppliers he has built relationships with. Even though we are from the United States and don’t speak any Italian, he was very accommodating of our time difference on Zoom calls and helped us plan our dream wedding from across the ocean. His experience is unmatched, and he leveraged that experience and excellent taste to guide my wife and I on our design, venue, and supplier decisions. He kindly dissuaded us from some of our bad ideas while also encouraging us toward ideas we initially weren’t too fond of. The outcome was an unforgettable experience we will never forget with no regrets! A large portion of our family spoke Polish, and even though communication was difficult, Mirko never got frustrated and was always smiling and patient. We cannot recommend Mirko highly enough <3 He also sang a little with the band!

Through a flower bar at the end of the ceremony, guests could choose their own little bouquet, and the fruit and vegetables—everything specially prepared by Mirko’s team using the beautiful flowers and produce that had decorated the venue. An idea that was not only eco-friendly, but also really fun and engaging.

I think I chose Mirko for our wedding after not even 5 minutes at our first meeting. I had absolutely no doubt from the very beginning that he was the right person, and time proved me right.

Mirko is extremely empathetic, patient, but above all competent and precise. Always available and open to any request. Even if you have a wedding in mind that’s different from the usual, trust him. He has the skills and experience to handle any kind of day you’re envisioning, and most importantly, to truly understand your needs and desires and turn them into reality for you.

We wanted a slightly unconventional wedding, with guests in swimsuits and pareos, a day of pure fun to the rhythm of music and relaxation, with no obligations or “dead moments” for the guests or for us. And that is exactly the wedding we had.
