<\/p>\nLa Finestra sul Fiume is a magical place, it is located in Borghetto di Valeggio sul Mincio in the province of Verona, my town, yes I was born and live here.<\/p>\n
Mauro and Carola chose this location immediately after seeing it for the first time, the photos speak for themselves but experiencing it and seeing it in person is something that cannot be explained in words.<\/p>\n
The expanses of green lawn, the silence, the peace, the Mincio river that flows and you can touch it with your hands, the breathtaking view, the castle of Valeggio, the swans, the cats, ducks and geese that walk around undisturbed.<\/p>\n
But let’s get to us, now I’ll take you behind the scenes and tell you about 10 months of work with this beautiful couple from Milan Mauro & Carola<\/p>\n
Carola is one of those brides who already had everything in her head, a thousand ideas and inspirations, colors, details for everything. Ceremony, picnic area, blankets, signs, invitations, promise booklets, hairstyle, gadgets, open bar, lights, the imperial table and a thousand other details<\/p>\n
And so far so good, but not great as they say, hahaha because you have to put things in order, decide what the priorities are and above all understand the total budget for the wedding to invest and divide it up by all the services which are many, if you don’t know them here here is the main list…<\/p>\n
Location, catering and extra services, lighting, flowers and arrangements, rental of materials, ceremony music, aperitif music and evening party, photographer, video maker, open bar, cake, invitations and coordinated items, tableau de mariage, entertainment, details and accessories, wedding bag, make-up and hairstyle…<\/p>\n
Mauro & Carola chose to celebrate the rite and the entire wedding at La Finestra sul Fiume Valeggio, they didn’t want any further travel also because all the guests came from Milan.<\/p>\n
The ceremony, as in a film, took place on the lawn, under the shade of a large tree.<\/p>\n
The two-bracket flower arch (\u00a0 ) between the tree was designed precisely to highlight the majestic oak.<\/p>\n
We chose the transparent chairs without cushions so that the focus would be on the arch and the celebratory table.<\/p>\n

Luckily the weather was kind to us and we were able to make Mauro and Carola’s dream come true<\/p>\n
Eating on the island surrounded by illuminated weeping willows, with flowers and candles cannot be explained, you have to try it to believe it.<\/p>\n
It feels like being in a dream, living a fairy tale with open eyes, this is what the bride and groom and all the guests said, it seems unreal, never seen something like this.<\/p>\n
18 meters of table set up with a chiffon runner at the base, where different flower compositions alternated with 3 types of candles, glass charger with dot frame, silver cutlery, lilac napkin, place card with name for each guest and bi tassel lilac and powder blue like the flowers.<\/p>\n
A parchment to describe the history of the place that hosted us and the menu they would eat.<\/p>\n
Vintage worked crystal glasses and pickled beige chiavarina chair placed on an angle.<\/p>\n

At La Finestra sul Fiume Matrimonio the lights cannot be missing, this is my advice that I always give to all couples, not only for this location but in all weddings and events.<\/p>\n
If your event takes place in the evening, light is fundamental and cannot be missing, the difference is enormous, there is no comparison with and without. trust me.<\/p>\n
For Mauro and Carola I proposed two types of lighting: the starry sky, beautiful but already seen a thousand times, and the cascade of lights that came down from the weeping willows just like the branches of the tree to create a natural effect and enhance the context in which we were.<\/p>\n
Obviously and fortunately they chose the second proposal and as you can see from the photo on the cover and those on my website the result is crazy.<\/p>\n

ILLUMINAZIONE MATRIMONIO:<\/a> Quanto \u00e8 importante illuminare correttamente la location<\/a><\/p>\n Even for the cake cutting we combined multiple elements to make it wow and it was thrilling.<\/p>\n The cutting area was in front of the dinner area so that at the bottom of the photos you could see the lights and atmosphere of the imperial table.<\/p>\n We moved the ceremony arch, positioned between the table and hung a neon writing “Ubriachi di Noi” phrase and logo of the spouses which was present on the invitations, wedding bags, wedding favors, open bar drink list etc.<\/p>\n The very delicate and colorful color palette was perfect for the wedding and La Finestra sul Fiume Valeggio.<\/p>\n White, ivory, pink, lilac, purple and powder blue, delicate and pastel nuances, elegant and very refined.<\/p>\n The dark wooden table to reflect the trees that surrounded us and the pickled beige chair to tie the table with the floral arrangement.<\/p>\n The final effect was very scenic and impactful, then in the evening the lights and candles gave life to a completely different and magical atmosphere, a dream.<\/p>\n For the evening party, the open bar service, music and lighting to make people go wild are a must, because the wedding, as I always remind the spouses, is a party and the guests must have fun and not get bored.<\/p>\n Otherwise everything is nice, you eat well, but after you receive the favor you go home, has this happened to you?<\/p>\n How many times I saw it while I was a wedding singer and entertainer before becoming a wedding planner.<\/p>\n So dear spouses, in addition to aesthetics, it is essential to think about the REAL times and also make them respected.<\/p>\n It was the bride’s wish to launch a balloon for her mother who unfortunately flew into the sky some time ago.<\/p>\n After cutting the cake, we had each guest and the bride and groom delivered and given a white LED balloon and to the tune of “A sky full of stars” by Coldplay we made them fly into the sky.<\/p>\n A shivering moment, with teary eyes and a lump in my throat like I have right now as I write these words.<\/p>\n Are you organizing your wedding and already know that you want my help to do everything as you would like?<\/p>\n Schedule a free 1 hour zoom call with me, I will listen to you and then explain how I can help you<\/p>\nThe cake cutting<\/h3>\n
